🍳 Instructions

Cook Seafood:
In a skillet, sauté shrimp and scallops in a bit of butter until just cooked (2-3 minutes). Remove from heat and gently mix in crab meat. Set aside.

Make Cheese Sauce:
  1. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Whisk in flour to form a roux and cook for 2 minutes. Gradually whisk in milk and cream, cooking until sauce thickens. Stir in mozzarella, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and herbs until smooth.
Assemble Lasagna:
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Spread a thin layer of cheese sauce in the bottom of a baking dish. Layer noodles, half the seafood mixture, and cheese sauce. Repeat layers ending with noodles and top with remaining cheese sauce and shredded mozzarella.
Bake:
  1. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 10-15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Serve:
  1. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley or basil.
