- 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme or Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Prepare the Sauce:
