🧀🥩 Philly Cheese Steak Pasta

This dish takes everything you love about a Philly cheese steak — tender beef, peppers, onions, and gooey cheese — and turns it into a creamy, comforting pasta bake. It’s rich, filling, and guaranteed to be a hit at the dinner table.

📝 Ingredients:

  • 12 oz (340g) penne or rotini pasta
  • 1 lb (450g) thin-sliced beef (ribeye, sirloin, or shaved steak)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: red chili flakes for heat


👨‍🍳 Instructions:

  • Cook pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • Sauté beef in olive oil until browned. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same pan, cook peppers, onion, and garlic until soft.
  • Add beef back in. Stir in broth and cream. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Stir in cream cheese and shredded cheese until melted and creamy.
  • Toss in cooked pasta. Mix well and heat through.
  • Serve hot — cheesy, creamy, and full of flavor!
